JaimeRenfro: Ithaca, New York, United States; Hello, and thanks for visiting my blog. My name is Jaime and I'm 30 years old. I live in upstate New York, born and raised. This is my first blog and I'm very excited. This whole "about me" thing feels like the beginning of a job application so I'm just going to go ahead and throw out some bullet points. I did some time in college in Albany. I've since had nearly a dozen jobs, only a few of which I would even consider as a career. I have a loving friend, Leita, to whom I owe so much (up to and including the launch of this blog.) I spend much of my time writing music. I play the drums, but do my writing on an old guitar or a cheap 64-key Casio. My remaining time is spent playing those songs with my band, Under The Rug, which, as of now consists of myself and my good friend Jon, who plays a mean guitar. We do plan on expanding and we do plan on playing out and recording. On the athletic side of things I play golf regularly (weather permitting), and I play in a couple of softball leagues.
